The shipment of Cagliari Calcio official products is made by DHL courier, both for Italy and abroad.
The DHL courier delivers from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, through a label affixed to the domicile. Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Cagliari Calcio SpA will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
During the order, therefore, it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile), to facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure. It is also important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods. Furthermore, always indicate the surname on the intercom. In the event of deliveries made at the reception (with the receptionist's signature for collection), Cagliari Calcio SpA will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.

A parcel tracking service is active for each order placed. You can take advantage of the service that notifies the customer via email about the status of the shipment. The service is activated automatically if the fields are filled in correctly when placing the order.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there is currently no delivery of products to that country.

The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination and the weight/volume of the package. The customer will be able to view the cost before confirming the order.

The last day to receive products in time for Christmas is Thursday, December 18th.

Delivery generally takes place within 24-48 working hours, after 24 hours from the order registration date. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, malfunctions in the service by the courier, force majeure or public holidays.

In Europe, delivery generally takes place within 48-72 hours, after 24 hours from the date of registration of the order. In non-European countries, delivery generally takes place within 3 or more working days, after 24 hours from the order registration date. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, malfunctions in the service by the courier, force majeure or public holidays.
If after 8 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not received the goods, please contact customer service at storecustomercare@cagliaricalcio.com.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR SHIPMENTS TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs charges, duties or import taxes are at customer's charge.
The amount of these costs is beyond our control and may vary depending on the destination country.
For information relating to the amount of duties and any taxes, and the procedures for customs clearance of the goods, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the country of destination.
In such circumstances it will not be possible to obtain any refund for the order placed.
