PURCHASING

All the products on sale in this Store are distributed by Cagliari Calcio SpA

The prices of the products are expressed in euros (“€”) and are understood to include VAT (value added tax) in force.

The total price resulting at the end of the order is inclusive of shipping costs but not of any customs duties and/or additional taxes on the sale.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment for the products can only be made in advance via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Sì, PayPal or Postepay (only for Italy).

SHIPPING

For the shipment of the products we rely on the DHL courier, both for Italy and for the rest of Europe and the world.

The courier can try to contact the recipient: it is therefore necessary to indicate a correct telephone number and always indicate the surname on the intercom.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The Italian law (Legislative Decree N 206/2005) establishes that the consumer (retailers and companies are excluded) can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, in the foreseen cases, and obtain the relative refund or replacement.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, a written communication by e-mail to storecustomercare@cagliaricalcio.com. The goods must be returned, within 14 days from the date of receipt, to the following address: Magazzino Cagliari Calcio c/o AS Trasporti, Loc. Macchiareddu, 7ª strada, 2a Traversa, 09068 Uta (CA).

The costs for the return are charged to the customer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in perfect condition, unused, with the original labels not removed and in the original wrapping. The products must also be packed carefully, in order to be protected from any damage. The transport risks are borne by the customer.

Customized products, created specifically for you, cannot be returned.

For technical reasons, the color of the products displayed on the site may have slight differences from the real one.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

The replacement of the product takes place after checking the condition of the returned product.

The refund is made by crediting the amount by bank transfer, Paypal or Postepay top-up. The refund excludes transport costs, both for sending and for returning the goods.

The refund of the purchase price will be total only in the event of a return made by the customer due to defective or damaged goods received or in the event of loss of the package by the courier.

GIFT CARDS

The purchase of a gift card on store.cagliaricalcio.com allows you to acquire a spending credit equal to the value of the gift card that can be used exclusively on the store.cagliaricalcio.com site.

The gift card is an intangible asset, its delivery is made virtually immediately after payment confirmation of the order, by email containing the unique alphanumeric code that can be spent exclusively within the official Cagliari Calcio online store.
The credit cannot be used in physical stores.

The purchased gift card is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue. On the expiration date, the remaining amount cannot be refunded, transferred to another gift card or converted into cash. The gift card is not rechargeable, cannot be resold, converted into cash or transferred to another gift card.

The amount of the gift card can be used all in a single purchase solution or in several different purchases, in which case it will be possible to complete the order by adding the difference using an additional payment method among those available.
